Exact same problem...  Using Office 365 E3

It was working yesterday.  I had started up my laptop in the morning, Saturday, April 13 EST

Started laptop this morning, Sunday April 14th EST, and neither Lync nor Outlook can open.

This is my exact situation too. I went online and checked my subscription and found it to be active until March of 2015.
