Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.

We have deployed a fix for this on the 9th of April so it should no longer be an issue. However, if you are still experiencing this problem, please follow these steps.
- Close any running Office for iPad apps by swiping them out.
- Re-launch any Office for iPad app.
- Go back to the “Buy” page and select I already have a subscription. This will try to restore your original purchase receipt.
Note: Make sure that you are signing in with the same Apple account that you used when you purchased the Office 365 subscription.
