Without using any non Microsoft commands.<br><br><br>FIRST: <br> Open CMD.EXE with ADMINISTRATOR <br>PRIVILEDGES (put CMD.EXE on your desktop, R mouse Click, from drop-down<br> box click "Administrator..."<br><br><br>SECOND: <br> You are now at the "black screen" of the CMD.EXE program<br><br><br>THIRD: <br> Type: DATE and Press {Enter}<br><br><br>FOURTH: <br> Type in some date that you want such as 01-01-2000 Press {Enter}<br><br><br>FIFTH: <br> Type DATE {Enter} again, it should be the older date.<br><br><br>SIXTH: <br> TYPE COPY /B (name of the file)+,, {Enter}<br><br><br> <br> note bene: this is a BINARY copy using the plus sign(+) followed by two commas (,,)<br><br><br> <br> that uses Windows commands only.
