Where can I find Picture Tools Format in my Microsoft Word 2010?

i understand now in microsoft word 2010,you now can resize your picture ,and crop you picture using format tool,microsoft sent me this ,it is the new update,but where cvan i findthis toll ,as i would lovev to make my pictures the size i would like ,and to use a cropping tool,when there is only one person i want to use in ac picture,please canyou help me find this format tool,tried looking on my microsoft word 2010 but cannot find it,thank you,,please answer me,

The picture formatting tools are on the Picture Tools tab on the ribbon, which appears only when you have clicked on a picture to select it. In that tab, the sizing and cropping tools are all the way at the right end.

You can also drag the handles on the picture's corners to resize it, or right-click it and choose "Size and Position" in the menu to open a dialog box. The cropping tool is only on the Picture Tools tab.

I checked this out in my Word 2010 and my ribbon does not show a Picture Tool tab like this illustrated. Is it a matter of having professional versus standard edition?

As Jay said, this tab is contextual; it is displayed only when you have a picture selected.
