Multiple month calendars in one Word document

I have inserted 2 x 1 month calendars into a Word document.

I would like to be able to update the calendars to different months.

Is it possible to unlink the two somehow?

Thanks in advance.

You will need to go back to the document created from the template that has the Calendar tab on the ribbon and via the Select New Dates item, select one of the months that you require.  Then select the calendar and copy it to your other document and in that document, use Ctrl+a to select everything and then use CTRL+SHIFT+F9 to unlink the fields in the calendar.  Then return to the document with the original calendar and select the new month and then repeat the process of selecting, copying, pasting and unlinking the fields.

What type of calendars?  How did you insert them?

To be able to do that, you would need to modify the VBA code in the template and the fields in one of the calendars.

Thank you Doug, this helps somewhat.

However (I should have mentioned originally - sorry) this document will be used as a template, so the calendar months will need to be updated on a monthly basis.

It seems that unlinking the fields removes the capability of updating the calendars?

Hi Doug, I installed the one month calendar template via Word (New>Calendar>2012>One Month Basic Calendar (any year) and then copied and pasted the calendar into two areas of my document.
