Legal Size Paper not listed in Excel

I have a new laptop with Windows 8.1.   I have installed Microsoft Office Pro 2007 and am trying to do spreadsheets.  Unfortunately, legal size paper is not one of the options when I attempt to change the paper size. How can I fix that?

    1. Click on Start button in Windows and Devices and Printers.
    2. Right Click on the Printer to which you are trying to print and take Printer Properties.
    3. See which all paper sizes are listed.
    4. If you don't find legal listed here, you will have to update the Printer Driver. Go to internet and update it.

Hopefully, it should resolve the problem.

Excel printing options are dependent upon your chosen Printer driver.

Check which printer(s) is/are installed for Excel to access.

    Vijay

Why are you directing your reply to my post?

I already know how to check printer properties.

Please do not respond to my posts unless you are addressing me.

If you did mean to reply to me as a means of critiquing/clarifying my words, I would ask that you stick to responding to those who have asked for assistance.
