So this is a question I have yet to find, even after a 30 minute internet searching session.

I performed a system restore to remove several programs that were refusing to uninstall. a webpage I found suggested a system restore, so I performed one. when my computer came back to life, I looked through my programs and realized that my entire Microsoft office suite was gone. I used a 365 office key, and is kind of vital I get it back. I have a personal subscription, so I cant just use another computer.

is it even possible to get it back?

system specs: running google chrome, windows 8.

help please

    Hi,

Let me help you re-install the Office 365 suite.

Did you register the product using your email address during the subscription?

If yes, login to www.office.com/myaccount with the registered email address and click Install Office to re-install the Office 365 suite.

There is no additional installation count for re-installing the Office 365 suite on the same computer.

Ensure to run the fixit from the following link to completely remove all traces of Office 365 installation files before installing the Office 365 suite from your My Account page.

Hope the suggestions provided are helpful.

    Thank you.

I am currently having the same problem! I attempted to download a new Word subscription onto a new laptop that I just got and I tried to install it, but I continued to get errors. Now, I unistalled it after following a response on her and now not only is it uninstalled from my computer, but I still have not downloaded the subscription that I have. I have a paper due for school and am unable to do anything.

This is ridiculous and should not be this hard to do!

Okay, let me explain this better. I just got a new laptop last night and bought Office365 to install. I was attempting to install the Office365 and I was getting error messages. I was reading different posts of people that were having issues with downloading, ect. There was a response from someone else at Miscrosoft that recommended that you uninstall Microsoft and then reinstall it. I did uninstall the program from my computer and have been unable to get the program back on to my computer. I do not know much about computers so I apologize if this does not make much sense. I have since went to www.office.com/setup and entered my product code. The code is there and it shows that it is available but when I click install I get an error message of the following: Something went wrong. Sorry we ran into a problem. Error code 3-1. At this point, I am unable to do anything including reinstalling Microsoft programming onto my new laptop or installing Office365. Can you please help? I need to write a paper for my class that is due tomorrow and I am having no luck. This is really frustrating and I really have no idea what to do. Please help!!
