If you assign a shortcut to the ToolsAutoCorrect command you’ll just see a single tab of the AutoFormat/AutoCorrect options dialog. This dialog has the following tabs:
AutoFormat
Actions
AutoCorrect (as shown by the ToolsAutoCorrect command)
Math AutoCorrect
AutoFormat As You Type
When I click the AutoCorrect Options button a menu is shown with three options (i.c. automatic bulleting):
Undo Automatic Numbering
Stop Automatically Creating Numbered Lists
Control AutoFormat Options…
The good news is I found the answer myself, not via the community, but in the Help file.:
| Display the menu or message for an available action or for the AutoCorrect Options button<br> or the Paste options button. If more than one action is present, switch to the next action and display its menu or message. | ALT+SHIFT+F10 |

Not as easy as Ctrl for the Paste Options, but hey, I'm not complaining.
