I have recently returned from Spain with some of my student presentations in Spanish using Keynote. On an Apple computer, English, I try to save the Keynote presentations to a ppt. file. Only one of the seven presentations will save to a ppt. file the others will not. On another presentation it will save to a ppt. file but when I open the presentations not all of the pictures appear in the presentation… some appear as icons.

Can you help me convert the other Keynote presentations to a ppt. file so I can open them in a PC?

I just converted my Keynote presentation to Power Point by opening Keynote, selecting 'File', then moved down to 'Export to'. I saw the option for Power Point, chose that one and selected 'Ok' when given the choice. It worked easily. Hope that helps.

How are you trying to convert the keynote document?

Are you using the ‘File > Export’ option?
