Certification Problem

I completed Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals virtual training on 29th and 30th Aug but still that free certifications is not eligible for me when trying to schedule an exam, this is my 2nd ques to QA section, previous time no one responded me, So plese solve my issue ASAP
