autentication error while exam schedule

Question

Hi,

I have an business domain, and successfully logged in to certifications browser,
but when I try to schedule an exam the system ask me to log in again, and says I have no account.
and notes this page: https://examregistration.microsoft.com/Error

I'm trying to take the exam online with a supervisor.
