Teams appp doesn't work from home

Error code - caa82ee2 When trying to access my Teams app from home. I can use and sign on the app from my place of work. What steps do I need to take to use the app from home?

    Could you log in Teams client before?

    Does anybody else have the same issue?

    You can try to log in the Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) and verify the results.

    If it works, it can be said that the issue is mainly on desktop client.

    Clear the client cache and try again as below:

    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp

    Make sure that your client is the latest version.
