I'm looking for an explanation for performance counter's each categories, especially for SMB Client shares.

More specifically, I want to know about "Avg. Bytes/Read", "Avg. Bytes/Write", "Data Bytes/sec", "Read Bytes/sec", "Wrtie Bytes/sec" these things.

I can guess what they mean, but need some specific explanation.
Like detail about the measure to count them (kinda parameters to calculate them and how to calculate them etc).

Are there any docs to describe something about them?
