KMS Licensing Activation for Office LTSC 2021

I am running into issues trying to activate my Office 2021. I run a KMS server and have installed the volume license pack like I have done in the past for 2016 and 2019 versions. I tried to install based on the below link, but when I go to view the installed license, it does not give me a Installation ID: like I'd be expecting so I can even attempt to activate against.

Also, following the above doc refers to using an activation key (listed in the doc), yet I have a different format of KMS key in my licensing portal (that I have attempted to also try as well, but to no avail).

    Hi, @Cajuntank
The installation id is only used when activating using the phone, have you followed the steps to enter the command correctly and the installation id is not displayed in the command prompt? Whether your environment can support network activation is much faster.
For phone activation, you can also contact Microsoft Customer Service global-customer-service-phone-numbers real-time assistance is more helpful in resolving such issues.

OK, so I was looking at it again today and something I did before, or at least I could have sworn I attempted 2-3 times, worked today where I was actually able to apply my KMS key and then get it activated once that happened. I could have sworn I tried that key several times and it kept coming back with a key does not exist kind of error, but today it worked. Might have just been some fresh eyes on it after looking at it too much before. I am good now.

    Thanks.
