Error creating Storage Replica in Windows Admin Center.

Good morning, I have a problem and I would like to know if someone can help me: I installed Windows Admin Center, and I want to configure Storage Replica between two servers (VMs). The issue is that they normally recognize (names and partitions), but when creating the replica, the error "Could not enable CredSSP delegation. Error: Exception: This operation was blocked by the role-based access control settings ". What can it be? Thank you very much.
