Text wrapping does not work in the newer programs as it did in 2010. I should be able to cut part of the picture off by moving the dots in from the edge. I have done many pictures that way with my 2010 program. Now since I have a new computer, we are not able to install the program even if I have the key code. What are my options?

Is wrap text available? If it is gray, Try right click picture > Format Picture > Layout tab and make sure Object Position is Exact and not Inline. Perhaps Inline instead of Exact.
