Registry Entries Not Applying via GPO

Planning to control PST use across the domain. Created a new GPO, and applied the following under Computer management/preferences/windows setting/registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\PST
DWORD Value PSTDisableGrow 1 Hex

But the registry key doesn't apply to machines even after running gpupdate /force and rebooting. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

If the GPO is not applied, first log in to the domain controller, open GPMC.msc, navigate to the GPO that has been configured but not in effect, and save the report.

Next, log in to the client, open CMD and run gpresult /h C:\<filename> to collect logs and view the RSoP report to analyze the cause.

    Best Regards,
    Wesley Li
