How to set up configuration baseline to remove Silverlight in SCCM

I have been tasked with setting up a configuration baseline in SCCM to remove Silverlight from our servers. I would like to set a compliance rule to check if Silverlight is installed and if it is then mark the device 'non compliant'.
Upon finding a non compliant device i would like a remediation script to run to remove Silverlight

I have tried this by using powershell scripts but it doesnt seem to work

Which is the best way to achieve this?

Thanks
Dean
