Is there a way to find previous images used by Spotlight for lockscreen with the remaining files in my computer like is there a log file with url's of images or something deeper (Temporary files about to be deleted) to help me find past weeks Images used from spotlight for lockscreen. I have managed to find this folder containing this weeks images (wich you have to rename with a .jpg to view them). But I am wondering if somebody more experienced have ever found a solution for this here is the folder location of spotlight (C:\Users*USER*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets)

The folder's location is correct, in there you should sort them by date modify and look for the file in the date you are looking for and then append the extension of image like jpg.
