  • I Purchased a Microsoft 365 Family and Business account through GoDaddy.
  • I was not told that i needed to transfer the domains to GoDaddy before I could set up the Microsoft 365 email account.
  • I set up a Microsoft 365 account with the new domain.
  • I found out I needed to Transfer my domains from HostGator.
  • I Transferred the domains: onlinebridgecenter.com and veteransbridgcenter.com
  • Onlinebridgecenter.com has bee transferred. Still waiting on the other
  • I went to the GoDaddy email support page and tried to set it up
  • Then your Woops message saying that i had to go and delete any onlinebridgecenter.com references from the Microsoft 365 account that I set up because both yours's and GoDaddy's instruction were imprecise. Not telling me that I had to transfer my domains before I set up an account. That information might have been helpful, DON'T YOU THINK
  • Now the instruction set that you have at GoDaddy will simply not work.
  • **Please let me talk to someone who can help me actually use your product to send and receive emails----Please see below for the instructions you are giving your clients

Whoops! onlinebridgecenter.com has already been used to set up a Microsoft 365 account at Microsoft®.
Before you can create any new users here, you must remove onlinebridgecenter.com and any associated accounts from your previous Microsoft 365 account.
Sign in to your Microsoft 365 account on the Microsoft site.
Go to your Admin section.
Find the Users section, and edit or delete any users associated with onlinebridgecenter.com.
Find the Domains section, and select onlinebridgecenter.com to remove.
Come back here, and create your new Microsoft 365 accounts!
It might take some time after removing the domain before it's available here. Give it a few minutes before trying to create an account. Learn more
