Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
    Try update your drivers.

    Hello there,

Go to Bios, enable hardware virtualization support, enable UEFI mode, Enable Secure boot and enable TPM device support.
Save and exit from bios, boot windows , then turn on Memory Integrity.

When you installed something and if that thing includes a "driver" then windows os will put it in the "driver store" with a oem number on it.

If your computer tells you that tencapture.sys is oem83.inf, then you go and delete oem83.inf from the computer.

It doesn't have to be active, it will cause incompatibility problems as long as the driver is in the "driver store". You just have to delete it. You click on the memory integrity list, it will show you what oemxx.inf, and you delete them from the driver store.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions please let me know and I will be glad to help you out.

Tesrsdt.sys and UniSafe.sys are not belonging to Windows but manufactured by
    TENCENT

So, uninstall the application associated with those and recheck.
