I've been using the smb file sharing feature and logged in with a microsoft account. I changed the password of the Microsoft account, but the login information in smb was not changed. Currently I need to use the old password to log in to smb. How can I use the new password for smb login?

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to SMB share password.

Please reboot your PC and check if the Password removed or changed as it may take some time to take effect.

Please run command to list SMB shares or Network drive mapped.

    C:\> net use

If you can see the SMB mapped then your can remove it using net use /DELETE command.
