Cannot access to my Azure and Devops pages due to the presence of two Microsoft Accounts with same email

Hello,
i'm facing with a serious problem related to having two different microsoft accounts with same email, where the second is one may have been registered due to an error while trying out a different Microsoft service (i cannot recall which one).

The only difference between the two accounts is that the first is correctly labeled as flavio.lorenzo@cafcomsrl.com while the second gets printed as Flavio.lorenzo@cafcomsrl.com, but during the authentication phase everything gets redirected to the second account and i can no longer access to the former one. I'm currently writing this email from the wrong account but i have no means to access the correct one.

I have both the Devops account and the Azure Account on the former one, and being the only administrator of both services it means i can no longer access my subscriptions and resources, some of which are related to production environments.
Furthermore, the second account results as registered to an organization (it is not), hence i can't even delete the second account in hope of restoring the former situation.

I guess this is not the place for this type of request but there is not a single clear support center for this kind of problems. Hopefully someone here can help me solve this issue.
Thank you,
Flavio

    Hi Flavio,

I suggest and request you to contact billing/sales team for more information, billing/subscription support is free for all Azure customers, you can create a free ticket here: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/newsupportrequest.

Might have to use another account or the working account to raise a ticket.

Feel free to have a call with the billing team for further questions around this, through. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/contact/#contact-sales
