Hi @Marius - Roma ,
You can adjust power settings to prevent that.
You can also control these settings via GPO.
Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\System\Power Management
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I use several Windows PCs (either Windows 10 and Windows Server 2xxx).
If I don't do anything on a given PC after few minutes I need to logon again.
How can I configure the PCs so that the desktop remains open even if I don't do anything?
Can I set this behavior with a Group Policy?

Hello there,
You can try to change the registry to get this done .
Go to
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99\8EC4B3A5-6868-48c2-BE75-4F3044BE88A7
Change:
Attributes 1
to
Attributes 2
Then click on go to power options in control panel/Change Plan Settings/Change advanced power settings/
Scroll down to display. You'll now have an extra option called "Console lock display off timeout".
The below thread discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/101248/windows-10-group-policy-and-power-saving.html
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions please let me know and I will be glad to help you out.
