Difficulties on why i cannot delegate subnets for "Microsoft.Netapp/volumes"

im having difficulties on why i cannot delegate subnets for "Microsoft.Netapp/volumes" for my subnets, In the error msg it is saying "since it has the purpose HostedWorkloads"

    Hi,

    Can you make sure that your don't have any Network Security Group, Route table associated to that subnet when you are trying to delegate "Micorsoft.Netapp/volumes" ?
