Device is Disabled but Active and there's no one to remove it

I need to remove my device from active directory. I was unable to disable it initially and now it's listed as active but disabled. I already removed it from windows, but it's still listed active.

I contacted my university tech department and they said they only manage the 365 aspect of things and that I needed to contact Microsoft.

I submitted a support request on the azure website and haven't heard back. The support ticket category was changed after submitting it.

I can't plug in my Ethernet cable without having Windows defender and other security features disabled. I've done 7-8 clean reinstalls of windows and event viewer keeps referencing WinRM and powershell.

My account is assigned some sort of administrative role, but I'm just a student and I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be able to view everyone's personal devices in azure active directory (I could be wrong I don't know a lot about it).

Someone has access to this account despite enabling two-factor authentication repeatedly changing my password. Please help or tell me who I need to get in touch with, I'm seriously in over my head.

You just have to change your PC from domain to Workgroup and restart your PC and you will be removed from the domain.
This could be done by someone with administrator permission.

    Hi.

For Windows 10/11 Azure AD registered devices, Go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School. ...
For iOS and Android, you can use the Microsoft Authenticator application Settings > Device Registration and select Unregister device.
