Hello Sir/Ma'am/MCP community

I hope you are doing well. My name is Husnain Ahmed, I did AZ-104 certification from "hsn123amd@Karima ben .com" account and I have also passed AZ-500 from different account but I forgot the email address of AZ-500 certification account.
I have the copy of my AZ-500 certification with me. Could you please help me recovering my certification account and secondly I want to merge AZ-500 certification into this email account "hsn123amd@Karima ben .com"

Thank you very much in advance for your help

Best Regards
Husnain Ahmed
