Graph API - Error 500 when Query for Extension Attribute

Question

We got an error 500 last Thursday (2022-09-07) when we queried for extension attributes from Microsoft Graph API. We do use these queries since a couple of months but there seemed to be an interrupt last Thursday which we where not aware of.

This process is crucial and we need a reliable API that we can monitor. My question is what happened and how can we get health of the API?
