Power Query - Transform P&L to Basic Table

Question

Hi All,

I am using Power Query in Excel to pull profit & loss data for multiple areas into one consolidated table. The data is already formatted, and I would like to un-format it back into a basic table.

Would it be possible to transform something like this:
