Where can I down load lib with MSXML2.XMLHTTP30 type

I am getting an unknown type error in a small VBS I am writing in Excel to test something.
It seems to me that it must be in an include library or installed .dll.
There are downloads outside Microsoft but they include silly software that I don't need.
I just need to include this type so that the script will know what it is.
Can you tell me the best way without downloading anything outside of the Microsoft domain?
