Hi All.

We have a small 365 Environment

I have just configured a new laptop, and somehow it got "Joined" to the Azure Ad environment.
This is not what we want, and want to change the status to "Registered"

Appreciate any advice.

Regards

PB

    @Paul Bishop

    When you say the new laptop got joined to Azure AD environment, does the status say Azure AD joined?
    If yes, then looks like you have logged into the device using your Azure AD credentials.

    On your laptop you can option "Settings >> Accounts >> Access work or school" click on the account and click on disconnect. This will disjoin your device from Azure AD.

    Once the device is disjoined, to register the device to Azure AD you can follow below steps,

    ---Open "Settings >> Accounts >> Access work or school" click on connect and on the Add a work or school account screen, type in your email address
    for your work or school account, and then select Next. For example, alain@Company portal .com.

    ---Sign into your work or school account, and then select Sign in

    ---Complete the rest of the registration process, including approving your identity verification request (if you use two-step verification) and setting up
    Windows Hello (if necessary).

    Now in Azure portal the device status should show up as "Azure AD registered".

    Let me know if you have any questions.
