Thousands of 4768 errors for user "host"

Hello,
We have two domain controllers running on Windows Server 2019.
Since late May, we have been receiving thousands of 4768 errors on our domain controllers for the user "host". This is not a user account we have in our domain, and the login failures appear to be originating from the domain controllers themselves.
This is not related to any application or service running on our domain. In fact, it appears that this issue is related to an update Microsoft released in May.

In case anyone asks, we already have update KB5015018 installed. This was supposed to fix some of the issues introduced in the earlier May update, but I noticed the errors did not start to occur until after this was released.
I was able to find another forum post here describing the issue, so I know it's not just me. https://serverfault.com/questions/1105450/kerberos-failures-with-accountname-host

Does anyone have any idea for a possible resolution or workaround?
