Save Chart as svg in Excel for Mac version 16.64

I believe I should be able to export my chart in Excel as an svg image (via 'Save as Picture', selecting svg file type). However, the svg file type option is unavailable. I'm running Excel for Mac version 16.64.

Why is this?

Thanks for any help.

    Hi @Susan

    Welcome to Q&A forum ~

Could you please tell us the format of this Excel file?
It is recommended to change the Excel file format for a test, such as .xlsx, .xls.
You can also test other Excel files to check this issue.

Before the issue occurred, have you done any changes?
For example, install a 3rd-party add-in. You can temporarily disable the add-ins via going to Tools and Add-ins.

Besides, according to the link "Release history for Office for Mac", currently, 16.65 (22091101) is the latest.
I suggest you update Office for Mac to the latest version.

Any updates, welcome to post back.
