microsoft teams error

Ciao, sono un po’ di mesi che non riesco più ad accedere al mio account su teams con il mio profilo istituzionale (@studenti.unina.it) perché sull’app microsoft authenticator non mi arriva il codice di verifica. Come posso fare ?

    For this you will need to contact the admin to reset the MFA settings for your AD account - howto-mfa-userdevicesettings.

    According to your description, you can contact your administrator to check if the issue is related to multi-factor authentication. Administrators can reset your password, re-register for MFA, or

    revoke existing MFA sessions from their user object. To manage user settings, complete the following steps:

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. On the left, select Azure Active Directory > Users > All users.
    3. Choose the user you wish to perform an action on and select Authentication methods.
