While approving access request getting message sorry this is not been sharred with you

User who is trying to approve is the owner of the site and full control group. and his mail id is there under access request approver,
however when he receive requests and trying to approve he is getting below message. Please help. Thank you.

Go to Access Requests Settings, please check whether you choose site collection Admins or specific email address.

If you choose site collection Admins, please check whether the user is a site collection admin. If you choose specific email address, please remove the user from site collection the re-add him into site collection.
