Autodiscover issues After migrating from google.

I have a customer who just migrated from google workspace to 365. autodiscover is set to microsoft for his domain. If you point the app directly to office 365 autodiscover works, but if you just enter the email address, it keeps trying to connect you to the old google account.

    Hi @Brian Hargis ,

    According to my search, this issue occurs when the name of the pre-migration Autodiscover server is cached in your Outlook profile in the registry.

    You need to configure one of the following registry subkeys as follows:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\<x.0>\Outlook\Autodiscover
    DWORD: ExcludeLastKnownGoodUrl
    Value: 1

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\<x.0>\Outlook\Autodiscover
    DWORD: ExcludeLastKnownGoodUrl
    Value: 1

    Besides, if that doesn't help, try to create a new profile from control panel:
    Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles
    Type a name for the profile, and then select OK, then re-connect your account.
