Hello,

I've a requirement to see the audit and request logs of ADLS in PowerBI.
One of the solution I've thought of is - by associating LogAnalytics with the ADLS account, now the logs are pushed to LogAnalytics.
Now as a next step need to write a query and connect to the PowerBI.

While connecting to PowerBI getting error - please let me know what is the issue or anything I'm missing here?

Steps followed:

  1. Write the query to get required audit logs from LogAnalytics - Done
  2. Get the MQuery from LogAnalytics (PFA MQuery) - Done
  3. Open PowerBI desktop and put the MQuery in Advanced Query editor - Issue
    a. Get LogAnalytics Workspace key – Done
    b. Connect – while connecting getting following error “A web API key can only be specified when a web API key name is provided”

@Anonymous For your requirement, I would suggest you connect with organizational account (account with which you logon to azure where log analytics resides) instead of web api.

Here are some references where you can send data from Log analytics to PowerBI.
