Creating a private endpoint on Azure Portal with services that are created on Azure Cloud Shell CLI.

Hi,

If we create a service like SQL Server using Azure Cloud Shell CLI, we don't see these resources immediately when we create a private endpoint for them on the Azure Portal.
Nearly 30 minutes later, these resources appeared on the PE definition pages. A similar problem is also available, when we create a VNET and subnet using CLI, we don't see this VNET immediately on the PE definition pages.

By the way, I can see all resources immediately on the Azure portal after created via CLI. I think there is a synch or delay problem between CLI and Azure Portal for the services that are used in the Private Endpoint definition. I used the West Europe region.

I understand that you are facing sync issues with Azure CLI and Azure Portal (for PE).

• I tried to reproduce your issue however, I did not see the issue.
• The Private Endpoint page, I could see the PaaS service as well as the VNet populating right after I created them using CLI.
• We had a private discussion, and it appears this issue is no longer reproducible.
• This may be an isolated, one-off issue and might have self-healed
