powerapps design for project management plan

Could someone please shed some light on the below requirement:

im looking forward to design the powerapps design for the project estimation purpose

is it to possible to add week1,week2,.....week20 using gallery control or any limitation or how to customize these values for number of hours for week1 and no of hours for week2 till no of hours for week 20 and it may be for an year if the project is big.

kindly confirm if the design is achievable in this requirement or whats the way to achieve this functionality

Below excel format should be incorporated in powerapps

Design Planning document 3
Architecture Architecture plan 3 3

Is it possible to achieve the above design or whats the alternate way to achieve the same using powerapps?
