Office Online Server - Embedded Vimeo's video not playing in PowerPoint Online

Question

I embedded some online Vimeo's video into a PowerPoint presentation and everything works fine.
When i uploaded it into SharePoint 2019 on-prem there is only the preview image and the video doesn't play
I tried embedding a Youtube video and it works.

Both SharePoint and Office Online Server are updated

How can solve the problem of Vimeo's videos?

What kind of video format did you embed into PowerPoint?
PowerPoint for the web doesn't play Shockwave Flash (.swf) files. Try to check if you're using the .swf files in PowerPoint.
