How can I disable virtualization based security?

Question

Hello, I've been trying to disable virtualization based security with no success.
Attached are images of windows features showing:

1. system info
2. hyper-v feature is disabled
3. task manager
4. core isolation is disabled
5. bios is set up correctly(tried with and without secure boot)

I was on windows 10 and updated to 11, nothing changed.
