Issue connecting to TF Server

Question

Getting the below when attempting to connect to TF Server via Excel (TFS) add-in.

TF400324: Team Foundation services are not available from server. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.visualstudio.com. Technical information (for admin): The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on send.

Cache has been cleared and this request has been traced from our end and it's showing 'resets' on the ms-visual-studio-tfs server external to us.

Any help is appreciated!
