Azure analysis services tabular model

Question

Hi Team,

I have to migrate an existing Reporting application from custom code technology.Backend database is Oracle.

I need to create a Tabular Model and need to know the below from the community:

1.What are the parameters on which number of tabular models can be derived.
2.How to assess the data sie of any tabular model.
3.What are the best practices to be followed here?
4.What are the hardware considerations to be made?
5.Relevant videos,tutorials on the basics to create good tabular models in AAS.
