Microsoft Whiteboard - "Missing" whiteboard can't be deleted

I have a whiteboard that was always "red" and doesn't connect.

it doesn't have the dots to delete... I see no way to remove it from the whiteboard screen. Is this removable?

Well, I have no understanding on why there's got to be at least 4 different message boards Microsoft uses and no clear indication of when I should use one over the other..... It's fairly absurd...
