Microsot Whiteboard - Enchanced Ink Shapes

Enhanced Inked Shapes is enabled and not working- Either through the Store app or the website-
Additionally, the alt-B shortcut and the "Convert to shapes" button are not working.

I've tried on both old and new whiteboards without success.

Any pointers to what might be going on here?
