I have multiple choice columns in a share point list. The first option is 'Pending User Response'. I have selected it as Default Value. But when I go back to the list, the default value does not show. When I select a blank cell, it then shows the 3 options.241123-1.png241133-2.png

    Hi @Gabe Hayden ,

    The default value will only be displayed when you create a new item in the list, the value of the original items will not be displayed. Therefore, when such a column is added later in the creation of the list, the value of the existing items can only be manually selected.

    @Gabe Hayden ,

    The defined default values might show up only once you leave the row within the grid-view of your SharePoint list.

    Arrow down or enter for the next row
