Azure ML real-time inference endpoint deployment stuck with deployment state as transitioning for over 2 hours

I have an AKS cluster and am trying to deploy a real-time inference pipeline to it as an endpoint. The deployment state is switching between "Transitioning" and "Failed" and I am unable to see any logs. My cluster is in West Central US.

romungi-MSFT 48,906 Reputation points Microsoft Employee Moderator2022-09-15T07:22:34.107+00:00 @Anonymous I think there is no reported issues of failures on azure status page for this region. Did you get a chance to create another deployment and check if similar behavior is seen?
If similar behavior is observed, you could enable the AMLOnlineEndpointEventLog from the diagnostic settings blade of your endpoint to understand why the container is failing to start. Thanks!!
