I have traffic manager DNS failover with two external ip address, however the server in some cases flapping between online to degraded state.
Also, I have figured out there are request coming from IP addresses which are not in updated list of azure IP address for traffic manager.
How I can check the fault, where I can check these extra IP's requesting from?

I understand that you are receiving health probes from Azure IPs that are not yet documented.- May I know if your backend endPoints block traffic if they are not from "AzureTrafficManager" ?
- If it is the case that you are receiving health probes from IPs that are not documented, then it's quite possible that your backend is not responding and thus the backend is marked as degraded.
- Please make sure you have updated the backend with latest IPs using the Service Tag Discovery API or downloadable JSON file?

Can you please share any of such traffic manager IPs so that I can check if that's updated or not?

Can you please share a few of such IP addresses.
I can validate if this IPs actually belong to Traffic Manager or not.Cheers,
