I am normally using Teams in both phone and Laptop.
If I connect call in both mobile and laptop and share my laptop screen, first getting connected and after 3 seconds getting disconnected from laptop and throws this error "We ran into a problem".
And if I connect only in laptop and share screen, its not getting disconnected and working fine.
First I also think, its a network issue but my colleagues also face the same issue.
Around 30 days, I am facing this issue.

    Hi @Kannan

According to your description, your laptop failed to connect to call and share screen at the same time.

In order to help narrow down the issue, I have the following questions to confirm with you:

    1. Is your app installed in Linux? With desktop apps on Linux, you cannot use the window sharing feature.
    2. If you use the Teams web app, you can currently only share your screen using the latest version of Google Chrome or Edge.

If the above issues are ruled out, we recommend you the following methods to solve it.

1.Ensure you’ve got enough bandwidth. If your network has low bandwidth, disconnect the other devices using the network. Screen sharing bandwidth requirements are as follows.

2.You could tweak your resolution. Lower your screen resolution. Test with different resolutions and see which one is supported when screen sharing.

3.Update the Teams app or operating system.

    Hi @Kannan ,

These are the possible reasons why you were unable to share screen on Microsoft Teams.
These could be useful in resolving your problem.

    1) Web browser: You are most likely to see this issue if you use MS Teams on any browser other than the most recent versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. The MS Teams sharing screen capabilities operate flawlessly on these three browsers since they have a larger cache and bandwidth capacity than the others.

    2) Meeting Policies: In some cases, a user cannot share their screen with other participants in a meeting because of MS Teams meeting policies. The majority of the time, this occurs when a user establishes one or more personal global group meeting policies.

    3) MS Teams version out of date: This error is most likely to occur if you are using an outdated version of MS Teams. In order to support the medium at which you are trying to share the screen, i.e. MS Teams runtime patches must be the most recent. Desktop client, web browser, etc.

4)Bad Internet Connection: If you have a bad internet connection, MS Teams won't be able to provide high bandwidth screen data to the participants in your conference.

    5) Other: Since MS Teams is a relatively new thing, experiencing mistakes is a very common occurrence. As a result, the root cause of the issue under consideration—third-party software, out-of-date Windows Updates, etc.—may be due to arbitrary factors.
