it asks me account recovery code, which i dont know

Any idea how i can remove my billing visa card so that i can use it on a new account? Can i instruct them to delete the account?
What account are you asking about? What happens if you check https://status.live.com/
Hi DSPatrick.
I am trying to login into login.live.com. I clicked forgot password and send a reset link to my email. After getting and entering the code I am required to get a two factor authentication code from my mobile number. That's when I get the error.
