I am trying to reset my account using phone number but i am getting the error below

    it asks me account recovery code, which i dont know

    Then I'm afraid there's nothing you can do, the microsoft account is lost.

    What account are you asking about? What happens if you check https://status.live.com/

    Also if you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
